Old Project, New Approach
The rich data set available in Altares area made this an ideal Well Pad to test our innovate hydraulic fracture modelling approach. This highly integrated study was successfully able to demonstrate that failing to integrate geology and relying on simple planar frac models would underestimate both the fracture surface area generated and the distance the hydraulic fracture travelled.
